Biography

Monique Trinh, MHA (she/her), is the Operations & Budget Manager for the UCLA Semel Healthy Campus Initiative Center. She brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, financial operations, program development, and community partnerships. Her work focuses on translating strategy into action by strengthening systems, fostering cross-sector collaboration, and advancing health equity, belonging, and wellbeing across UCLA and the communities it serves. Monique is passionate about restorative practices, community resilience, continuous learning, and creating the conditions for people and organizations to thrive.
