This year’s event will occur on Monday, April 29th. Volunteers are needed from
4:45 – 5:30pm for set up
5:30 – 6:15pm for checking in/ushers
6 – 8:30pm for photography, videography, food, and as needed
8:30 – 9pm for clean up
Some ideas that I’d like your help with:
Any unique ways to highlight compassion as people enter the venue? Eudaimonia?
Activities? Booths? Any specific music to create the right aura?
