Calendar of Events

This Thursday evening (11/8) at 5:30pm the Community Programs Office will dedicate our new mural painted at the department’s front desk at Student Activities Center, Suite 105. The mural titled “Fifty Years of Resistance” was the work of a team led by artist Oscar Magallanes. After the unveiling, the CPO community will meet again at the James West Alumni Center at 6:30pm for a reception where Olympic Gold Medalist Dr. Tommie Smith (see attached picture), who is featured in the mural, will share a few words with those attending. A complimentary dinner will be served.
