Each week for the past month has brought more severe restrictions on our activities. It oftentimes feels as though every time we look at the news, we read about another thing we can no longer do. Dr. Kee Seng Chia, Professor and Founding Dean of School of Public Health, National University of Singapore (NUS), encourages us to shift our thinking from a “subtract” mindset to an “ADD” one. By ADD, he means, “accepting, defining and delighting” in the “new normal”.

Join us as Dr. Wendy Slusser and Dr. Kee Seng Chia chat about what this “new normal” looks like and how we can delight in this new way of life.
