  • Come to a free, drop-in mindfulness meditation session!  View weekly times/locations here!
  • Take the Mind Lexicon Study and enter to win $10!  MindWell is asking students to take a quick survey to let us know what words they use to describe their emotions and if they know the meaning of common mental health terms. Results of this study will help us  create more effective outreach campaigns for UCLA students. This survey only takes 5-10 minutes and is smartphone & laptop friendly!
