  • New measures aim to boost tobacco-free policy: Six months after UCLA's tobacco-free policy went into effect, many smokers have quit or cut back, and surveys of cigarette butts on campus show a steep reduction. New measures aim to reach out to tobacco-users who continue to ignore the policy by encouraging deans and supervisors to get involved.
