We engage in various forms of meditation, discussions and experiential workshops, as well as education and service, in order to free mind, body, and heart.

Mindfulness es el proceso de observar momento a momento nuestras experiencias físicas, mentales y emocionales. Esta práctica cuenta con apoyo científico en cuanto a su efectividad para reducir el estrés, mejorar la atención y la función del sistema inmune, reducir la reactividad emocional y promover un mayor sentido de bienestar. Estas sesiones semanales son dirigidas por el Dr. Eric López Maya y están abiertas para cualquier persona que quiera experimentar los beneficios de esta práctica en español.
